What The Tide Left
What The Tide Left
2025
126cm x 94cm
Linen, cotton, silk, kelp
From the exhibition Being Sensitive at Studio Kennon, for MDW 2025
Being Sensitive means being present. Soft. Observing quietly. The work seeks to hold these moments, a lightness, a cocooning, an airiness. Subtle tensions arise in the interplay of materials - hard and soft, ethereal and grounded, transparent and opaque.
Installation : This piece has brackets screwed to the timber cleat which can sit over flat head screws in the wall.
Care : This piece is able to be ironed/steamed.
